Update: Concerned Citizens of Park County Complaint Moves to Investigations

In October of 2022 the Park County Beacon wrote about potential campaign finance violations made by the Concerned Citizens of Park County (registered agent Tim Jones) See that article here. Cynthia Sherriff received notice of investigation by the Secretary of State Elections Division June 13, 2023 with this information, Tim Jones the respondent "did not provide information to establish cure and trigger a substantial compliance analysis under sections 1-45-111.7(4)(e)(III), (g), C.R.S. Accordingly, the Division now moves the Complaint into the investigation stage under section 1-45-111.7(5), C.R.S."

This issue will either escalate to a hearing or be dismissed.
